Sobre el libro
Este cuento infantil clásico sigue a un conejo de terciopelo que anhela volverse Real gracias al amor de un niño. En un cuarto de juegos, entre orgullosos juguetes mecánicos, el conejo aprende del viejo y sabio Caballo de Piel lo que significa ser Real. Es un relato tierno sobre el amor, el apego y el desgaste que trae consigo ser profundamente querido.
El comienzo
THERE was once a velveteen rabbit, and in the beginning he was really splendid.

He was fat and bunchy, as a rabbit should be;

his coat was spotted brown and white, he had real thread whiskers, and his ears were lined with pink sateen.
